Return Policy – Jiv & Co LLC

At Jiv & Co LLC, each item is made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom made-to-order, we have the following return policy in place.

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes:

  • Custom t-shirts

  • Event shirts (birthday, bachelorette, cruise, etc.)

  • Personalized apparel

  • Custom tote bags, koozies

  • UV DTF and specialty transfer orders

Please double-check spelling, sizing, colors, and order details before submitting your order.

Ready-to-Wear (Non-Custom) Items

For non-custom items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

  • Item is unworn

  • Item is unwashed

  • Item is in original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

We will gladly replace or correct any mistake made on our end.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.

Shipping Delays

Jiv & Co LLC is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.
